We offer a 72-hour turnaround time, however it's common for orders to ship next day in many cases. For controlled substances we ask for an additional 24 hours.

All orders are shipped FedEx overnight for a flat rate of $15 with the ability to consolidate orders when preferred.

Every compounded medication undergoes comprehensive third-party Eagle testing at an independent FDA-registered laboratory, including pH levels, particulate matter, endotoxin testing, sterility verification, and potency analysis. We maintain full USP <795>/<797>/<800> compliance and provide Certificates of Analysis (CoAs) upon request.

Our sterile compounding is performed in state-of-the-art ISO Class 5 laminar flow hoods located within ISO Class 7 buffer rooms. We strictly follow USP <797> guidelines for sterile preparations to minimize any risk of contamination. Every batch undergoes third-party testing for sterility, potency, pH levels, and endotoxins.

We operate primarily as a cash-pay facility to maintain efficiency and competitive wholesale pricing for providers. However, we provide universal claim forms (HICF) that patients can submit to their insurance providers for potential reimbursement.
